Managing Attorney

D. Kimbro Stephens serves as Managing Attorney of the Jurist Law Group, PLLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He specializes in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Asset Protection, VA, Medicaid and Long-Term Care Planning.

 

Mr. Stephens is an Accredited Attorney with the Veterans Administration specializing in the little know benefit commonly referred to as Aid and Attendance for Senior Veterans and their surviving spouses.  He has also been recognized in 2018 and 2019 as one of the Ten Best elder law attorneys in Arkansas by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. 

 

Mr. Stephens is a native of Conway, Arkansas and graduated from Harvard University in 1984 with the degree of Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics.  He returned to Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1988 where he received his Juris Doctor degree with Honors and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.  He is a licensed member of the Arkansas Bar and has been admitted to practice in Federal Court for the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
